Discarded (digital) paintings

Back in February, I made a couple of digital paintings using ArtRage 2.5, Photoshop, and a pen tablet. I’m not much of a painter or illustrator, but I needed some graphics for an earlier design of this site, so I thought I’d have a go at painting an acoustic guitar and my Holga with my beloved Timbuk2 messenger bag. Although the paintings obviously didn’t make it into this version of the site, I liked them a lot, so I thought I’d share.

Update: In case you didn’t notice, the colors for the site logotype are taken from my messenger bag.
