C’est moi

I was happy with this photo, so I thought I’d blog about it. I’ve been in the mood to take a self-portrait recently, and all the cool kids are making reflected self-portraits these days, so I just had to get in on that action.

I wanted to make the shot look like it was taken with a film camera, so I set my D80’s ISO to 1600 to add some grain. I then played with the levels in Aperture to give it the green tint, added a vignette, and increased the contrast and definition. Ta-da!

In other news, I know I said I would write something substantial every now and then and that I haven’t yet done so, but I will, I promise.
